Terms of Service

RFPLure ("the Service") is operated by Spandrel Interactive ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your team.

You keep ownership of your profiles, uploads and drafts. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the Service for you. You must have the right to upload what you upload.

Tender and gig listings come from public sources and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee they are complete, current or accurate. Check the original notice before you respond. When you apply through another platform, that platform's terms apply.

Match reasons and drafts are produced with AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Review everything before you rely on it or submit it.

No unlawful use, no attempts to break or probe the Service's security, no uploading malicious files, no automated scraping of the Service, and no reselling access without our agreement.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost contracts, profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
