Privacy Policy

RFPLure ("the Service") is operated by Spandrel Interactive. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash); your organization's profile, including what you offer, keywords, regions and capabilities; documents you upload, such as portfolio files and RFP documents; drafts you create; the opportunities you save or hide; and technical records such as IP addresses and request logs that keep the Service working and secure.

To match you with opportunities, email you a digest of matches, help you draft responses, run team accounts, answer you, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your data.

We never use your content to train or improve AI models unless you opt in.

Matching and drafting use Google Gemini through Google's paid API. We send it your profile, the text of documents you upload and the text of the opportunities being matched. Under Google's terms for its paid API, Google does not use this content to train its models.

Only the providers that help us run the Service, and only for their part in it: our hosting and email provider (HostPapa), Cloudflare (which carries web traffic to the Service), Google Gemini (AI processing, as described above) and Sentry (technical error reports). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We email you a digest of matching opportunities, and account emails such as password resets and team invitations. Every digest has an unsubscribe link; once you confirm, we stop at once (always within 10 business days). You can also write to contact@spandrelinteractive.com.

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. When your account is deleted, we delete your personal information and content within 30 days. To delete your account, write to contact@spandrelinteractive.com.

We set a sign-in cookie so you stay signed in, and store a few preferences, such as saved opportunities, in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and load no third-party analytics.

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information we will tell you as the law requires.

Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Write to contact@spandrelinteractive.com.

When we update this policy we change the date at the top and tell you about material changes by email or in the Service.
